Our products are built under a Quality Management System (QMS), certified to ISO 9001:2015, that ensures that each stage — from design and procurement to production and testing — adheres to globally recognized standards.
Our Product Certifications — including IEC, IS and CE approvals — validate our commitment to international benchmarks for safety, performance, and durability. Lotus has conducted over 100 successful product certification tests in its 48-year history.

ABB ArTu License
Lotus Powergear was one of the earliest adapters of ABB's patented ArTu range of switchboards. Lotus is a Licensed manufacturer of ABB ArTu switchboards for over 8 years.
Lotus Powergear has successfully localized over 90% of the ArTu parts and manufactures them in house using its high precision CNC machines.
Quality Management System
Our QMS framework encompasses all core operations — from design, procurement, fabrication, and assembly to inspection, testing, and delivery. Each process is governed by well-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring traceability, consistency, and continual improvement.
We employ advanced in-process quality control, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) mechanisms to maintain conformity to specifications and enhance performance. All measuring and testing equipment are periodically calibrated to national and international standards.
Regular internal audits, management reviews, and employee training programs reinforce our commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality, reliability, and safety in every switchboard we manufacture.
